At eduBITES, we are striving to develop a premium learning experience platform for companies. As the Customer Success / Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be a key member of our marketing and sales team. You will be responsible for our client relationships and own the entire client lifecycle from an effective onboarding plan and account planning, through to renewal, expansion and upsell conversations.
The position is full-time 40 hours per week, based in Berlin, Germany. Starting ASAP.

- Manage the client relationship with a focus on the enablement, adoption and business value delivery, focused on the KPI’s that the clients seeks to achieve.
- Drive adoption and engagement of the platform using data to promote client loyalty, retention and advocacy.
- Coach your clients to become experts in the product and identify further use cases and rollout opportunities within the company.
- Collaborate with the team members (Content, Product) to design learning experiences that help solve the client’s business problems and deliver business value.
- Facilitate client conversations directly with Content, Product and Technology teams to share feedback, needs/issues contributing to better solutions and driving growth.
