As a Strategic Account Consultant (m/w/d), you will be at the heart of client engagement and project delivery, ensuring that our customers achieve their learning and development goals through our innovative solutions.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid work option. Fluency in both German and English is required.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
Guide clients through their journey with our products and services, from initial onboarding to continuous growth and success.
Act as a strategic partner, understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, and fostering long-term, value-driven relationships.
Develop and implement engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and promote retention.
Project Coordination & Delivery:
Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
Regularly track and report on project progress, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project outcomes with client expectations and company goals.
Strategic Advisory & Optimization:
Work with clients to identify opportunities for optimizing their learning strategies and maximizing the impact of our solutions.
Support business growth by identifying new client needs and suggesting tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
