At eduBITES, we help companies to put knowledge into action with the power of AI and synthetic media. As our Working Student AI Content Transformation (m/f/d) you will be a key member of the academic and content team and also support the sales team. This position is perfect for ambitious individuals who are eager to expand their knowledge and gain practical experience in the exciting field of educational transformation. 

The position is part-time 20 hours per week, based in Berlin, Germany with an hourly starting rate of 15€ per hour. Starting ASAP. You must speak German at or near a Native level to be considered for this position. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside our content team to explore innovative approaches to teaching and learning, harnessing the emerging potential of AI.
• Work with internal company SMEs (subject matter experts), L&D departments, and stakeholders to structure knowledge into meaningful, shareable microlearning courses that break away from traditional course-centric approaches.
• Share your insights on learner needs and best practices in e-learning, shaping our content and product strategies.
• Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Midjourney, on a daily basis to optimize course development processes and enhance the learner experience. 

Your profile

• You are passionate about adult learning theory and online course design.  
• You have initial experience working with content transformation or as an instructional designer  
• You are highly organized and able to manage projects to high professional standards. 
• You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable speaking and presenting to all levels within an organization including senior leadership.  
• You are passionate about education and technology and excited about the potential of new tech, specifically AI, in the education space.  
• You are tech-savvy and highly capable with all standard programs (MS office, teams, G-suite, Slack & Co.)  
• Desired but not required are additional skills in media content creation. i.e. Adobe CC premiere pro, photoshop, in-design, after effects, InDesign or other visual design or course design programs.  
• You have experience working in a fast-moving and qualitatively demanding environment 
• You thrive in a multi-tasking dynamic start-up culture and can adjust priorities on-the-fly 
• You are collaborative and a thoughtful team player 
• You speak and write German at/ or near, a native level and possess advanced spoken and written English skills.  
• You are based in Berlin
