At eduBITES, we help companies to put knowledge into action with the power of AI and synthetic media. As our Visual Designer (m/f/d) you will work with all teams (content, marketing/sales, product) to expand our brand toolkit and create assets to effectively communicate our product and brand. 

The position is full-time (40 hours per week), based in Berlin, Germany. Starting ASAP. 

 Your role  
 
  • You will support the teams (content, sales/marketing and product) in all aspects of visual design production, including asset creation to continuously expand our brand toolkit, creating icons, building templates etc.
  • Support the content team in creating bespoke learning courses including custom visuals. 
  • Work on diverse client projects to refresh and improve existing visual assets. 
  • Support the Lead UX/UI in the creation of CI guidelines and building assets (incl. creation of icons, pictures, colors, fonts etc.) for various communication channels from product to powerpoints to videos. 
  • Support the content production team in building video and audio content as needed.
  • Maintain the balance between creativity, aesthetic quality, and scalability in our production workflow.

Your profile

  • You have significant experience in digital design.  
  • You have deep knowledge of design tools (Adobe creative suite, photoshop, Sketch, Figma etc)
  • You have deep knowledge of powerpoint and are comfortable and fast at making high quality presentations for our companies leadership team. 
  • Experience building prototypes, previous experience in UI animation a plus.  
  • You are tech-savvy and very comfortable with all standard productivity and communication tools (teams, slack, MS office; excel + word, G-suite etc.). 
  • You are excited about harnessing the power of AI to aid in content creation.   
  • A practical mindset — we move towards creativity with strategic intent. 
  • You speak English and ideally also German.     
  • You have experience working in a fast-moving and qualitatively demanding environment.  
  • You are collaborative and a thoughtful team player.
