Junior Content Manager (Video & Media)

At eduBITES, we help companies to put knowledge into action with the power of AI and synthetic media. As our Junior Content Manager (Video & Media) (m/f/d) you will be a key member of the content team. You will be actively involved in the pre-production, production and post production of our online courses.  

The position is full-time 40 hours per week, based in Berlin, Germany. Starting ASAP. 

Your role 

  • Support the content team in all aspects of online course production. Including live film-shoots, pre-production planning, post-production, and generating content with synthetic media avatars.  
  • Responsible for post-production of all audio/visual content.  
  • Responsible for organizing and planning all aspects of video productions.  
  • Prepare scripts and storyboards together with our content team.  
  • Create engaging online learning experiences which bring new perspectives and visual styles to online learning.  
  • Work closely with the product team to align CI with media products. 
  • Work with client content to find innovative media solutions that make teaching & learning more impactful and engaging.  
  • Maintain the balance between creativity, aesthetic quality and scalability in our online course offerings and production workflow.  
Your profile
  • You have significant experience in video production.  
  • You are a highly skilled video / photo editor with deep knowledge of Adobe creative suite; premiere pro, aftereffects, photoshop, lightroom and/or DaVinci Resolve.  
  • Previous experience in UI animation a plus.  
  • You are skilled at creating original and/or using motion graphic templates in aftereffects.  
  • You have on-set experience and are ideally familiar with various aspects of video production: camera, lighting, sound etc.
  • You are tech-savvy and very comfortable with all standard productivity and communication tools (teams, slack, MS office; excel + word, G-suite etc.)  
  • You are skilled at writing ‘production ready’ text in German and English and have a keen sense of how language transfers to video and audio formats.  
  • You have a valid driver’s license.  
  • You are excited about harnessing the power of AI to aid in content creation.   
  • Previous experience in creating online learning content is a plus, but not required.  
  • You speak and write German and English.  
  • You have experience working in a fast-moving and qualitatively demanding environment
